Yesterday i made some bread.the recipe came out of a really good cookbook that was made for large family's,anyway here is the recipe!

Best Bread
5c. Water, very warm 2/3 c. Dry milk powder
2/3c.Sugar 3-5c.Whole wheat flour
1/2c. Butter,melted 1 and 1/2 T Salt
3/4c.Vegetable oil 4 T. Yeast

Place all engredients in order listed in a large mixer equipped with a dough hook.Mix on medium speed until combined.then add in unbleached all purpose flour,1 cup at a time, until the sides begin to clean from the sides of the mixer bowl.watch closely to get just enough flour for a soft, workable dough.too much flour will result in a heavy, tough dough and dry, crumbly bread knead for 5min on medium speed.let dough "rest"in mixer for 45min.
turn mixer on "jog" speed to deflate dough after "rest"time has elapsed.turn dough out onto a clean oiled surface and form loaves. put into greased loaf pans(five 8" size).Let loaves rise until doubled, about 35-45 min.Bake at 350 for 35 min.(it makes Five loaves)

Blessings
