I was just looking at Johanna's blog and she posted a strawberry muffin recipe
and i thought i would share the recipe with y'all.i made it one time and it was Really good.

Fresh Strawberry Muffins

Ingredients:

• 3 c. all-purpose flour
• 2 c. sugar
  
  
• 1 t. baking powder
• 1 t. salt
• 1 t. cinnamon
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 1-1/4 c. oil
• 2-1/2 c. fresh strawberries, sliced and slightly mashed
  
  

Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. In a small bowl, combine eggs and oil. Stir strawberries into egg mixture. Blend egg mixture into flour mix until thoroughly combined; do not over beat. Spoon into greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 min. Makes approximately 2 dozen.
